Vegetables in brine for your next culinary project

Call us to learn more about our dehydro-brining process

The Dehydrobrine process consists of taking the peppers or other raw material and mixing it with salt, an acidifying agent, and water to create a brine. Product does not receive heat treatment, but due to the high content of acid and salt it is stable in the condition in which it is packaged. It does not require refrigeration.

(Most commonly used for cheese that contains peppers)
