Block Frozen is a common process of circulating refrigerant to lower the temperature of a product or material to inhibit microorganism growth. When choosing to block freeze an RDG product, you will get a non-cooked pepper or other raw material of your choosing, fire roasted or not, packaged and set to freeze. The product maximum internal temperature is of 0°F and will be shipped and transported in a clean freezer with a temperature of 0°F to 10°F.
